THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION (SEC) IMPLEMENTED A NEW LIQUIDITY RISK MANAGEMENT RULE IN 2019, WHICH INCREASED THE NUMBER OF LIQUIDITY CLASSIFICATIONS THAT OPEN-END MUTUAL FUNDS MUST ASSIGN TO INVESTMENTS IN ITS PORTFOLIO. THE SEC HAS INITIATED AN INVESTIGATION INTO A LIQUIDITY CLASSIFICATION DETERMINATION FOR ONE SINGLE EQUITY SECURITY HELD IN A FORMER PUBLICLY TRADED MUTUAL FUND, THE NYSA FUND (SYMBOL: NYSAX). WE CONTINUE TO BELIEVE THE FUND EXERCISED A "GOOD FAITH" JUDGEMENT IN ITS CLASSIFICATION AND THAT THE INVESTMENT PROPERLY MET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE RULE.

THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION (SEC) IMPLEMENTED A NEW LIQUIDITY RISK MANAGEMENT RULE IN 2019, WHICH INCREASED THE
NUMBER OF LIQUIDITY CLASSIFICATIONS THAT OPEN-END MUTUAL FUNDS MUST ASSIGN TO INVESTMENTS IN ITS PORTFOLIO. THE SEC HAS INITIATED
AN INVESTIGATION INTO A LIQUIDITY CLASSIFICATION DETERMINATION FOR ONE SINGLE EQUITY SECURITY HELD IN A FORMER PUBLICLY TRADED
MUTUAL FUND, THE NYSA FUND (SYMBOL: NYSAX). WE CONTINUE TO BELIEVE THE FUND EXERCISED A "GOOD FAITH" JUDGEMENT IN ITS
CLASSIFICATION AND THAT THE INVESTMENT PROPERLY MET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE RULE.
