Rialytix is an independent information and analytics platform focused on the registered investment adviser industry.

The Service organizes and analyzes information from publicly available regulatory filings and other sources, including information made available through the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") and the Investment Adviser Public Disclosure ("IAPD") system.

Rialytix is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by the SEC, FINRA, or any investment adviser displayed on the Service.

Rialytix does not currently require users to create an account to access most of the Service.

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:

• your email address when you subscribe to the Rialytix newsletter;
• your email address and selected investment adviser firms or CRD numbers when you create or use a watchlist or alert subscription;
• communication and subscription preferences associated with those features;
• your name, email address, contact purpose, and message when you submit the Rialytix contact form; and
• other information you voluntarily provide when communicating with Rialytix.

When you use Rialytix, certain technical information may also be collected automatically, including:

Rialytix does not represent that public regulatory information constitutes private information collected directly from the individuals or firms appearing on the Service.

• newsletter subscribers may receive periodic Rialytix research, industry insights, platform updates, and related content;
• watchlist subscribers may receive notifications when Rialytix identifies an update or flagged change associated with an RIA or CRD number selected by that user; and
• users may unsubscribe from newsletters or alerts at any time using the unsubscribe or preference controls included in the applicable email.

If you contact Rialytix through the contact form, we may use the information you provide to review, respond to, and follow up on your inquiry.

Contact form submissions may relate to:

• RIA profile updates or corrections;
• business inquiries;
• sponsorship or partnership inquiries;
• technical issues or feedback;
• media or press inquiries; and

Rialytix may use analytics and similar technologies to understand aggregate website usage, measure performance, and improve the Service.

These technologies may collect information about how visitors interact with pages and features. Rialytix does not use this information to provide individualized investment recommendations.

• delayed;
• incomplete;
• subsequently corrected; or
• interpreted differently.

Users should verify material information against the applicable original filing or regulatory source before relying upon it.

If you believe information displayed by Rialytix does not accurately reflect the underlying public record, you may contact us and identify the relevant record.

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information processed through the Service.

However, no website, database, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service and provide requested features.

For newsletter and watchlist subscriptions, we may retain your email address and associated preferences while your subscription remains active.

Rialytix is intended for a general professional and adult audience and is not directed toward children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page identifies the most recent revision.

Continued use of the Service after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy.
