Growth and decline tables are research signals derived from SEC Form ADV filings. Large moves should be reviewed with the underlying firm profile and ADV filing history before drawing conclusions. AUM figures reflect reported regulatory AUM and may not represent total assets under management. This is not Investment advice.

Current exclusions: These are ranking filters, not platform-wide data exclusions. Firms may still appear elsewhere on Rialytix even if they do not qualify for a specific Insights ranking. Firms without current AUM are excluded from AUM growth, AUM decline, and geography rankings because current size is required for those calculations. Growth and decline rankings require the historical baseline filing to be within 180 days of the selected lookback target date. Older baselines are excluded from Insights rankings so 1Y, 3Y, and 5Y tables remain reasonably comparable. AUM growth rankings require current reported AUM of at least $1 billion and baseline reported AUM of at least $250 million. This reduces small-base percentage distortion and keeps the growth tables focused on firms that reached meaningful current scale. AUM decline rankings require current reported AUM of at least $100 million and baseline reported AUM of at least $250 million. The lower current threshold is intentional because a firm may have declined below larger-firm thresholds after a meaningful contraction. Employee growth rankings require current employee count of at least 50 and baseline employee count of at least 25. This removes firms with very small employee bases. Account growth rankings require available current account data and a historical account baseline. The ranking compares reported advisory accounts, not client quality, revenue, profitability, or account size. City rankings only include cities with more than 5 matching firms to avoid thin-market rankings that may be dominated by one or two firms.
